 RECIPE :

1. Uniformiy Mix 500gms of Gangwal Moong Bhajiya Mix in 600ml of Water to make the Smooth paste.                                                                                          SUGGESTION : Make Sure that batter gets Smooth.You Can add finely Chopped Onions, Spinach, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic etc. as  per your Choice to the paste.                                                                                                  It may require a bit more amount of Water.
2. Keep it aside for 10-15 min...
3. Make Bhajiya (Pakodas) as per required SiZe form the paste. Fry gently till it become light brown & Crispy.
4. Serve hot With Podina Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
